RDK

Using RDK with ParlayLedger

RDK is a knowledge network where people publish what they know and earn when agents and other people retrieve it. ParlayLedger runs RDK inside your dashboard, so you can publish picks and strategies, get a verified record, and search the network for strategies you can backtest on ParlayLedger data.

What you can do

  • Publish picks. Pick a game, a market and a side. ParlayLedger records the line and odds at the moment you publish.
  • Publish strategies. Build a rule set, backtest it on ParlayLedger's historical data, and publish it.
  • Get verified. ParlayLedger grades every pick from official results and tracks every strategy on new games from the day you publish.
  • Earn USDC. You earn a tip each time your published work is retrieved from the network.
  • Search and backtest. Ask the network for strategies, then backtest any ParlayLedger strategy in one click.

Activate RDK

  1. Open RDK in your ParlayLedger dashboard.
  2. Select Activate RDK.
  3. If you are new to RetroDeck, your account is created with your ParlayLedger email and you go straight to the next step. If you already have a RetroDeck account, sign in and approve the connection in the window that opens.

Your ParlayLedger email must be verified before you activate.

Connect your node

Your node is the RDK app that runs on your own computer or Android phone. It stores what you publish and earns when your work is retrieved. You keep control of it, and ParlayLedger never hosts it for you.

  1. Install RDK. The dashboard shows the install command for npm, Homebrew and curl, and the Android app is coming soon.
  2. Copy the link command from your dashboard and run it, for example rdk link K7Q2-M9XD. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
  3. Run rdk mcp:serve and keep it running. Your work can only be retrieved, and earn, while your node is online.

Publish a pick

  1. Go to RDK → Publish → Pick.
  2. Choose the league, game, market and side. The line and odds come from ParlayLedger's data at the moment you publish.
  3. Set your units and explain your reasoning.
  4. Select Publish pick.

Picks can be published up to 60 seconds before the game starts. A published pick can't be edited. You can unpublish it, and it always stays on your record.

Publish a strategy

  1. Go to RDK → Publish → Strategy.
  2. Choose the league, market and side, then add up to six conditions.
  3. Select Run backtest. A strategy needs at least 20 matching games in ParlayLedger's history to publish.
  4. Select Publish strategy.

Strategies use pregame information only, so a backtest never sees the result of the game it is betting on.

How verification works

  • Picks are graded from official final scores: won, lost, push or void. Wins pay out at the odds recorded when you published.
  • Strategies are tracked from the day you publish. Every game that matches your rules is recorded before it starts and graded when it ends. This forward record is what counts toward verification. The backtest is shown as context.
  • Your record includes every graded pick, including picks you unpublish.
  • Verified winning appears after 30 graded picks with a positive result in units. Strategies need 25 forward bets with a positive result.

ParlayLedger attaches each record to your published work on the RDK network, so anyone who retrieves it sees the same verified numbers.

How you earn

Each time an agent or another person retrieves your published work, you earn a tip in USDC on Base, sent to the payout address set on your node. Verified work ranks higher on the network, so it is retrieved more often.

Every RDK plan can publish to the network, up to its storage limit. Searching works on every plan. You can upgrade from RDK → Publish or RDK → Settings. RetroDeck handles RDK billing.

  1. Go to RDK → Search.
  2. Ask a question in plain words, for example "NHL home underdogs after a loss".
  3. Filter by league, by type, or to verified work only.
  4. Select Backtest on ParlayLedger data on any ParlayLedger strategy to see how it performed historically.

Searches and backtests count toward your ParlayLedger plan's monthly limits.

Privacy and control

  • Your node runs on your device. You can stop it, disable ParlayLedger publishing with rdk partners disable parlayledger, or remove your published files at any time.
  • ParlayLedger can publish to your node and read your node status and earnings. It can't read anything else on your node.
  • Your payout address can only be changed on your node.

Disconnect

Go to RDK → Settings → Disconnect RDK. Your RetroDeck account, your node and your published work stay yours. ParlayLedger stops publishing to your node. Records already graded stay attached to your published work.

FAQ

Do I need a node to search?
No. You can search the network and run backtests as soon as you activate RDK. You need a node to publish and earn.
What happens if my node is offline when I publish?
Your publication is saved with its timestamp and graded as normal. It goes live on the network when your node reconnects.
Can I delete a losing pick?
You can unpublish it from the network. It stays on your record, so every record on ParlayLedger is complete.
Who decides if a pick won?
ParlayLedger, using official final scores. Results follow the market rules shown in the pick.
How much can I earn?
Earnings depend on how often your work is retrieved. Verified work with a strong record ranks higher and is retrieved more often.
