Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
• API usage data: request counts, endpoints called, timestamps, and IP addresses, which we use for quotas, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
• Billing information: subscription plan and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never sent to or stored on ParlayLedger servers.
• Support correspondence: anything you send us by email.
• Site activity, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, scroll depth, time on page, and clicks on key buttons. See "Site analytics" below.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate API requests.
• To enforce plan quotas and show your usage in the dashboard.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests and send service notices, such as outages or changes to these policies.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To understand how visitors use the site and to follow up with people who sign up, for example about getting started with the API or choosing a plan.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run ParlayLedger, such as Stripe for payment processing, Ascendant Finance, which processes sign-up, site activity and subscription data in its customer relationship management (CRM) system, and our hosting providers, and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of ParlayLedger and its users.

Site analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, the site uses two first-party cookies to understand how visitors use it and to follow up with people who sign up. The data is processed by Ascendant Finance in its CRM.

• koryo_aid: an anonymous visitor ID, kept for 13 months.
• koryo_sid: the current visit, which ends after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• We record pages viewed, scroll depth, time on page, and clicks on key buttons. When you sign up or sign in, this activity is linked to your account.
• We do not store your IP address as part of site analytics.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, you are never tracked.
• Nothing is recorded and no cookie is set until you accept. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer; declining deletes these cookies.

Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password and API keys confidential.

Your choices and rights

You can access or update your account information from the dashboard, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, see our GDPR page for the additional rights you have.

Children

ParlayLedger is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
