Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ParlayLedger, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use ParlayLedger on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use ParlayLedger.

Informational data only

ParlayLedger provides sports data, including odds, results, and statistics, for informational purposes. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, and nothing we provide is betting, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws that apply to you and to any product you build with our data.

Accounts and API keys

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at hello@parlayledger.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend keys that are compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Exceed or attempt to circumvent your plan's rate limits or quotas.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw API data as a competing data feed.
• Share accounts or API keys with third parties outside your organization.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We will give you advance notice of any price changes.

Data accuracy and availability

We work to keep our data accurate and our service available, but odds and results come from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParlayLedger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from wagers or decisions made using our data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using ParlayLedger and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
